sup ayam & jagung bakar

i made chicken soup (malaysian style) of course when my father came down to kl. nothing extravagant just a simple sup plus it also can be given to niyaz as porridge.
here are the ingredients i used:
chicken cut into parts
soup powder (a little bit)
star annise
cinnamon
ginger
carrot
onion and garlic
..enjoy.. though the pic is not that sharp!
roasted corn.. just brush margerine/butter whilst roasting!!

i though it would be good to share with my fellow bloggers how to make karipap pusing.
hope you guys will try this out ya!
1. BaHan- BaHan: (ingredient)
Bahan A: dough A
tepung gandum (flour) 400g flour 400
air (water) 200g
garam(salt) sikit ( a little bit)
Bahan B (dough b)
tepung ganduM (flour ) 200g
shortening 100g -can use margerine to substitute
(pakai majerin pon boleh tapi cam muak skit-cekgu aku kata, aku x
try agi pakai majerin, tapi majerin planta ok kut..)
2. uli doh A (knead dough a)
3. uli doh B (knead dough b)
4. bahagi kan doh A kepada 100 gram doh setiap satu (divide dough a into 100g each)
5. bahagikan doh B kepada 50 gram doh setiap satu (divide dough b into 50g each)

fillings:
dicoPy dari HASLING rumah karipap 3
Bahan Inti:
2 camb minyak
1 labu bawang besar (dicincang)
200 g daging/isi ayam (dicincang)
1 tangkai daun kari
3 camb rempah kari
100-120 ml air (untuk mengempuk daging)
250 g kentang (didadu & direbus)
1 pokok daun sup
gula, garam secukupnya
Cara membuatnya:
1. Untuk inti, panaskan minyak, goreng bawang besar sampai wangi. Masukkan daging dan kacau hingga masak.
2. Bubuh daun kari, rempah kari dan air. Bila daging empuk, masukkan kentang dan daun sup kemudian angkat. Biar sejuk.

NurSeRY i-Care open day
|
|
it was a nice day lots of food to be eaten (wonderful month to gain weight!!)
the program kicked off with photo snapping session, crawling to momma -niyaz, who just started crawling a week before just stood still and crying haaa..haaa pity my boy, he actually didn't get enough sleep, pertandingan menganyam ketupat -i didnt join coz i dont know how to anyam ketupat!-
treasure hunt kids and finally the most awaited session the MakaN-MakaN.
it was the last day for niyaz to be in i-care.
so here i would like to thanks the arms,legs, heads of i-care: kak.ti, yana, shiela,jaja, kak. su, e-ja and all the apperentices thank you!!

IIUM HOLDING FAMILY DAY 2006

event: iium holding family day
date:sunday, 20/08/06
time:9.30am-2.00pm
venue: desa water park
nice place hot day.
we got lost on the way there luckily only by two exits, (not far). faiz (my brother) arrived from kelantan that morning so we dragged him along (although most of the time there he was busy playing with the handphone or being forced to become our photographer) 
niyaz cried when we put him in the water, maybe because he was tired n sleepy so later he slept in his stroller (courtesy ms. fawzia).
mama niyaz got stomachache coz ate too much nasi lemak & confused coz there were so many people that she coludnt remember their name
baba niyaz jumped into the water to play WATER LRT & TUG OF WAR
1244- our lucky draw number and indeed it was a lucky number!

a Trip to SingaPore!! (banYaknya Singa!!!!!)

after several planning and cancellation, finally..i can add singapore in my passport
it was a short trip during weekend (although i wish that we do the 'jalan-jalan in slower pace)!. zillion of thanks to mr umar for being a wonderful tour guide and for lending his arm to carry niyaz around (later, i was informed that he required arm massage haa..haaa... sorry ya!! but at least carrying niyaz a good exercise for your muscles!!) 
we went by bus, n niyaz as a good boy as usual didnt even cry -enjoying the sceanery.
had a few hiccup' at the immigration.. 
forgot to change RM to sing $
enjoying sentosa island salty breeze..beautiful esplanade and all the 'singa' aka merlion.
all in all it was nice memorable trip..
what did i buy in singapore? hee..hee dont ask, niyaz's stuff already 2 bags
